		<description>I remember whe young sailors in new leadership roles would come and complain to me that nobody would listen to them, even though they out ranked them. I would look at them, smile and ask, &quot;do you respect them?&quot; And of course they would say, &quot;I don&#039;t have to, I outrank them.&quot; I would just let them know that they would never be able to get someone to do anything with first respecting them. As John says, &quot;They don&#039;t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.&quot;</description>
